FPA Tom Sawyer Legacy Fund
The Winona State Football Players Association is proud to announce the launch of the FPA-Tom Sawyer Legacy Fund. This fund is the merger of the existing FPA Football Endowment and the WSU Football Scholarship Endowment created by Merle “Pete” Peterson. All proceeds from this initiative will be combined into the fund and managed by the WSU Foundation.
The FPA has committed a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $30,000 for all contributions received and with your support and the FPA match, we can add $60,000 to the FPA Tom Sawyer Legacy Fund, pushing the grand total of the fund to over $500,000 . All proceeds from this matching fund initiative are devoted exclusively to WSU football endowed scholarships. This campaign will run from March 7th until the spring game April 23rd.
